In the Fall of 2017, Eight Point Wind, LLC (“EPW”) fully executed Stipulations, which represent the parties’ agreement regarding the contents and scope of the Application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need under Article 10 of the Public Service Law (“Application”) for the Eight Point Wind Energy Center Project.
The Stipulations have been signed by representatives of EPW, the New York State Department of Public Service, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, the New York State Department of Agriculture & Markets, the New York State Department of Health, the Town of Greenwood, New York, and the Town of West Union, New York.
